Cookbooks

Please note: some of these cook books use oat flour. Many oat flours in the U.S. are contaminated with wheat. Be sure to find and use wheat and gluten free oat flour if you are avoiding wheat and/or gluten. Also, some recipes in these cookbooks use coconut products. For recipes that use coconut, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) now consideres coconut a tree nut. Please check with your own doctor regarding the use of coconut if you are managing a tree nut allergy.
