About Cherrybrook Kitchen

Since 2004 Cherrybrook Kitchen has taken the lead as a food industry pioneer offering delicious all-natural gourmet baking mixes for food allergy and Celiac Disease sufferers without sacrificing texture or taste. "I created these recipes as a result of developing adult onset food allergies myself," explains Patsy Rosenberg, Cherrybrook Kitchen's Founder. "Good-tasting desserts without milk, butter, and eggs just didn't exist – until now."

Thanks to Cherrybrook Kitchen, gourmet baked goods, free of peanuts, dairy, eggs, nuts and gluten, don't taste like something is missing. "I wanted to make sure that if we had a chocolate cake, everybody at the table (with or without food allergies) thinks it's the greatest chocolate cake," explains Rosenberg. Cherrybrook Kitchen's products have been lauded in virtually every national parenting magazine including Child, Parents, and Family Circle. And The New York Times called their Gluten-Free Sugar Cookies "light and crisp" and deemed them "perfect as holiday gifts or to dip in hot chocolate."

Finally, those who are allergic to peanuts, nuts, eggs, dairy and gluten can have their cake (and cookies and brownies and pancakes) and eat it too, worry free.

Cherrybrook Kitchen products are available online at www.cherrybrookkitchen.com and in stores nationwide including Whole Foods, Wild Oats, Kroger, Super Target, Fred Meyer and Giant Eagle among others.
